Hours

Our office is open between 10 am and 6 pm from Monday to Friday. Clients can walk in to the office but we ask that visitors not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, for the sake of other clients. If you are under the influence and need to speak with someone, we can still arrange to meet you nearby. Case Managers may be working with clients, so please leave a message if no one is available when you call or visit. All messages will be returned within 24 hours. Our phone line is also open for counseling and information in the evenings between the hours of 6 pm to 8 pm.

If you are worried about a medical issue and cannot wait, you can call Tele Health Ontario, which is a free telephone service providing health advice from a Registered Nurse who can assess your symptoms and help you decide your best first step. Tele Health is available 24 Hours a day, 7 days a Week, at 1-866-797-0000. You do not need to provide your health insurance number and all information is confidential.
